Got this Short stuff fiberglass hull from Dumas, I think it's 18" or so. I got a Graupner outdrive for it to make a scale looking boat and will do some kind of basic interior. Haven't done anything yet other than drool over the outdrive, which has a kickback feature if it hits ground, but is looking like I can make it power trim. Here are some mock mock up pics lol.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I didnt know it did that when I bought it, so thats the first thing that came to mind after opening it lol. Not sure how exactly I'd set it up, but I'll figure something out once I get the drive mounted.

Drilled the transom for the drive, it sure does look good hanging off the back!
I need to get running gear together, I'm thinking a smallish outrunner on 3S LiPo to get around 25K RPM's, should be enough power to spin the three blade prop and have a little speed to it.
