i just got this the other day...puryear, how do you like my new/used dodge,it's a 97 2500 4x4...i got it from my brother in law for a steel,about $2000...the tranny was rebuilt this time last year with a shift kit to...it has 36x14.50 super swampers on it that are almost bald...i'm ordering some new super swamper's this week...i plain on getting it painted soon after i do a little body work...so what do you guy's think??? here are some pic's of it from tonight...i'll post some better ones tomorrow after i clean it up...

For the price,,,I love it!!! The body looks great in the pictures, what body work are you talking about having to do?

there are a few small dent's on it and rock chips in the hood...both front finders need to be lined up with the doors some...need to fix the drive door, for you have to pick up on it to shut it...i plan on painting it soon so i need to get on the body work...i'm thinking of painting it charcole black with black racing strips...

sorry for no pic's i'll try to load them later this week...i just put on a 2inch leveling kit on the front and put on some new shoes...she now ride's on 36x13.30x 17 irok super swampers on black 8 hole crawler rim's...why they call them crawler rim's when they are not beed lock rim's, i do not know...they cost me $1750 buck's if you wanted to know...so the 2.2 comp rig i want to get is going to have to wait...

well never mind on the comp rig...i just ordered a dodge body and venom creeper to build a scale version of my truck so look in the 1.9 thread for the build...

i have the same tire on my bronco, ride pretty well, nice little hum running down the interstate and work great off road.

i used to have one almost identical to this. we need to get together some time. i found some some really nice 4x4 trails up in the mountains this weekend.

my wife and i went to lurray to hike hazel mt this past weekend and while i was there i found some trails near the cabin. they're on the atlas just west of lurray. that's how i found them.

I have a house out in Luray, hopefully if I get my license straight I'll move out there in the next year. Specifically it's in Stanley, but all in the same county.
Nice looking truck BTW, those Dodge's look pretty brawny.

the place we stayed was right accross the road, kinda, from shannendoah outfitters. that's beautiful country out there.
